The event will unveil the first American Merchandise C
The new 110,000 SF American Merchandise Center is located in the city of Yiwu, 150 miles west of Shanghai. Yiwu is a distribution center for commodities throughout the entire China, with over 300,000 business buyers visiting daily. It is based on the American concept of a merchandise mart, providing permanent center for manufacturers to display their products. The Center has 188 seperate booths, and will be divided into five different pavilions, each one specializing in a certain category such as consumer goods, agricultural products, manufacturing products, specialty chemicals, etc.
